Switches:
/S:start Set starting virtual addr
/E:end Set ending virtual addr
/T:transfer Set virtual transfer addr
/B:base[:offset] Set starting file address of memory image
(BASE=starting block, OFFSET=offset in that block
/I Insert block of code here (requires /S/E), useful only
within oldsource.MAC
/U Write source code in upper case
output file: Disassembled MACRO source
input file #1: Binary .SAV file
input file #2: MACRO source (N.B. default ext=.SAV) from previous run,
lines starting with '*' are more switches
